A Small Change builds community stability in Lake City, South Carolina and the surrounding areas. We connect neighbors to food, resources, and mutual support. We do this consistently, openly, and without barriers.
Our work is grounded in a simple principle: small, consistent actions build lasting change. We are present every week because our neighbors depend on it.
Free Lunch for Folks
Our flagship program delivers free bagged lunches, pantry items, and assorted cold drinks every week in Lake City. No forms. No requirements. No judgment.
